For positions with our Inside Sales and Operations team, yes, you are paid during training.
For Outside Sales (Buyer & Listing Agents), no, you are not paid during training.
You do not need to be licensed when you join the team although it is preferred. If you do not hold an active Real Estate License when you join the team, depending on the position, you will need to complete training and the pre-licensing courses at the same time.
Our training program typically takes a candidate around 90 days to complete the training program. You will be given a set of 30-day goals, 60-day goals, and 90-day goals – you are required to meet all goals in order to graduate out of the training program and earn your spot on our roster. Experienced candidates and some individuals may get through the training program sooner than 90 days depending on how focused and determined they are on achieving their goals. Some have completed in 45 days!
Our goal is for all agents joining our team to have something under contract within the first 45-60 days on our team. Our program is designed to teach you the fastest ways to generate commissions and closings.
We set the expectation that we want them to have a paycheck in the first 60 to 90 days. So that means they would need to write an offer in the first 30 to 60 days. If they’re not making it work for them by 90 days in, if they’re not showing up and in action, then we’re probably not going to be a good fit, because our training program is a proven step-by-step process to success. There is a 90% failure rate in this business, so obviously being a realtor is not for everyone. We try hard to set the members of our team up for success upfront.
Going through these first 90 days really shows them what the job really looks like. And it shows us on the team side if they have what it takes to step up and do what they need to do to be successful in this industry because it is a hard industry.
As a new agent on our team, you’ll be expected to prospect for 12 hours per week once you’re in production.
Each member of our Inside Sales team prospects for new business at least 6 hours a day.

There is a daily accountability and training call at 9 am that will last 15 minutes. For inside sales, the schedule is typically Monday through Friday 8 to 5. Some people work from 7:30 to 4:30 and some from 10:00 to 7:00.
For our buying and selling team, we usually have training on Tuesdays at 8 and a team meeting at 9. Typically, most agents will come to the office for the culture, energy and to focus on their business. When not at the office or on appointments, they typically work from home.
As a team, we usually spend our mornings focused on generating and developing new business. Afternoons are devoted to working with current clients, following up on new business, listing appointments, buyer consultations, showing homes to clients, writing offers, negotiating offers, and constantly networking to build your sphere!
There are also phone and zoom check-in meetings to assist with accountability and coaching. You’re looking at 40 to 50 hours per week.
With 33% of agents quitting within the first year, and over 87% of agents quitting in less than five years, it’s clear new agents don’t get what they need to succeed in our industry. Many new real estate agents drop out of the industry simply because they didn’t receive proper training when they started out.
Using a robust and comprehensive onboarding program for agents joining our team sets them up for success from the very first day. Our training program is called our Agent Incubator Program and it typically takes a candidate around 90 days to complete.
The training program is Monday through Friday. There is a sales huddle at 9:00 am. While in training, you are required to be on the dialer for prospecting for the first 30 days honing your sales skills. You will be working very closely with our Team Leader and you’ll have weekly 1-on-1 meetings. You will also be learning from our team of seasoned professionals who will provide mentorship, knowledge, and experience with you to learn from.
During this training period, you will be doing a lot of script practice and role-playing, understanding concepts around the language of real estate, finding motivation in potential clients, converting phone leads into appointments, writing contracts, the proper way to show homes, conducting buyer and listing consultations, learning how to close clients, and we’ll teach you the tips and tricks we’ve used throughout our 20+ year real estate career!

Money Freedom – All of our team members make a minimum of $80k to $300k+ after their first year of experience. If you already have experience, you will get there that much quicker!
